Porzana is a modern take on an Argentinian parrillada, or steakhouse. Significant Italian and Spanish influence is present throughout the menu through rich pastas, light crudos, and hearty vegetable sides. Named for a South American bird which migrates yearly from South to North, Porzana holds a special significance to Chef Daniel del Prado.
